Delivery & Shipping 
Shipping charges within the UK are £9.99. Deliveries within the UK will typically take 7 to 14 days. We will always endeavor to dispatch your purchases as soon as possible. All our jewellery is hand made therefore in the event your purchase item is not in stock, delivery may take longer.
Once the package is ready to leave our premises, you will receive a dispatch email which will include a tracking number. All deliveries will be via a tracked and recorded delivery service.
When placing your order, it is essential you provide a telephone number that we can reach you on at all times. Please also include your delivery street address, either work or home. 

Bespoke ordering or personalising your product?
During the design stages of your bespoke creation and prior to order confirmation, we will inform you how long your creation will take to be produced.  For personalised jewellery (letter or initial necklaces/bracelets, earrings or engravings) we will allow an additional two days to our expected delivery periods. 

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation?
In the event that you don’t receive your order confirmation, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will endeavor to resolve it. Before emailing, please do make sure you check your spam folder and add info@ettierocks.co.uk to your list of safe contacts. Please keep in mind, any emails following your order will be sent to the address entered when the order was placed.

How can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving the dispatch email, please email to info@ettierocks.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order to avoid shipping & warehouse service cost. Once the dispatch notice has been issued, we will not be able to cancel it.

What methods of payment can I use?
We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All prices are in GBP.

How can I arrange for shipping outside UK?
Shipping outside the UK is possible. Additional delivery charges will apply, which will be added to your order confirmation prior to completing your purchase.
